I'd have loved to have been there in person, however this colorful report left few questions as to this event being an evening well spent. I don't often hear my old buddy Charlie Musslewhite in this sweet, low-volume, rural blues setting, so I know it was a rare treat for that crowd. When he and Dave Peabody joined forces at the end of the show it must have been a grand finish to a near perfect blues performance. Had it not been on a cold November night, in London... who knows...
